This spread is delicious topped with chopped tomato, cucumber, and green onions.

1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons skim milk
10 fresh mint leaves
1 to 2 garlic cloves


Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with toasted baguette slices and fresh vegetables.
