Festive Pork Roast

i made this for sunday dinner. it was awful. nobody liked it. i will never make this again. i can't believe southern living had this recipe in there 2008 christmas cookbook. this is the first recipe that i have made from southern living that was this nasty. i ruined a pork loin to make this. thats really sad, too.

My family thought this was very good (even though I forgot to add the water to the pan which would help keep it moist). The marinade/sauce would be good also on steaks or chicken.
