How to Make It

Step 1

Place cream cheese on a serving plate. Combine crushed fruit and amaretto, if desired, and spoon over cream cheese.

Step 2

Spread pecans in a pieplate, and microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring once. Sprinkle pecans over crushed fruit mixture. Serve immediately.

Chef's Notes

For a creamier texture, you can substitute reduced-fat cream cheese for nonfat, but calories and fat will be higher.
