Festive Cranberry-Cream Cheese Spread

  • 1 (8-ounce) package nonfat cream cheese
  • 1 (12-ounce) container cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit for chicken (Ocean Spray)
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Place cream cheese on a serving plate. Combine crushed fruit and amaretto, if desired, and spoon over cream cheese.

  2. Spread pecans in a pieplate, and microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring once. Sprinkle pecans over crushed fruit mixture. Serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

For a creamier texture, you can substitute reduced-fat cream cheese for nonfat, but calories and fat will be higher.
