Fennel-Tomato Tart

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Wow. I had a fennel bulb I didn't know what to do with. I ended up making this with filo and it was awesome. Had Roma tomatoes, not cherry. Used a little garlic, didn't have shallots. Also used fontina cheese along with parmesan. It's going into the rotation.
