Fennel and Black Pepper-Crusted Lamb Chops

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed

How to Make It
