Fat-Free Chicken Gravy


Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 2 tbsp)


  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Add flour to skim milk; stir until smooth.

  2. Place broth and onion in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

  3. Gradually add flour mixture to broth mixture, stirring constantly; stir in salt and pepper. Reduce heat; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
