- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes

How to Make It
Add flour to skim milk; stir until smooth.
Place broth and onion in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Gradually add flour mixture to broth mixture, stirring constantly; stir in salt and pepper. Reduce heat; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
