- 1/2 cup Karo® Light or Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
How to Make It
MIX corn syrup and evaporated milk in a microwave-safe 2-quart bowl. Stir until well blended.
MICROWAVE on HIGH (100%), 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat 1 to 2 minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and glossy. Spread in 8-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap.
CHILL 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
