Fast Caramel Sauce

Yield: Makes about 2 1/4 cups
- 1 (19-oz.) jar butterscotch-caramel topping
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Stir together butterscotch-caramel topping, brandy, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until warm, stirring at 30-second intervals. Serve immediately.
