Farro with Wild Mushrooms

    I made this for Christmas Eve and it is so good!! better than a Bon Appetit recipe I made with a similar name earlier in the year. I made it ahead of time and that worked just fine. I pretty much followed the recipe as written. I don't know what the picture is of but its not this dish.
