Unbelievably good; it screams with the freshness of the season. I cooked the corn (easily done in the microwave); I think the extra sweetness that cooking brings out is worth the extra few minutes.

Delicious! I made a big batch to take for lunch, and it kept all week. Very satisfying, and refreshing as the weather heats up. I think apples would taste great in the mix, too. Instead of the Parmesan vinaigrette, I just used EVOO, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and s + p to dress the salad.

My family loved this..made full recipe hoping for some left overs did not happen they gobbled it all up! Substituted fresh home smoked turkey breast it was delicious! Will not forget this one for a long time to come! Great meal for hot summer dinner or lunch in steamy hot Florida!

This was amazing! I replaced the zucchini with roasted green beans. I also used one pound of penne pasta instead of 8 oz. It was just delicious. Would definitely make again.

WONDERFUL! My cousin shared this recipe with me and I'll be honest I was a little hesitant seeing fresh peaches and corn in the salad. But we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! And since I don't eat meat, I omitted the chicken. It's bursting with flavors of fresh vegetables, parmesan and herbs! I highly recommend you try it!

Perfect summer salad. I might use a little less lemon and a little more balsamic, because I love the taste of the balsamic.

For a prettier salad, use white balsamic vinegar instead of the darker, makes for a great presentation.
