Farm-Style Pork Chops

Yield 4 to 6 servings


  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 4 pounds boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients; brush sauce on both sides of pork. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker, and pour remaining sauce over pork.

  2. Cook, covered, on LOW 7 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove from slow cooker.

  3. Skim fat from sauce, and whisk in flour until slightly thickened. Serve over pork chops.
