Fancy Chocolate-Dipped Pretzels
Every year, I like to give handmade Christmas gifts. This year, I decided to imitate Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory’s hand-dipped chocolate pretzels, and they turned out great! I wrapped them in mini cellophane bags tied with bells and packaged them in fun, decorative tins I found in the $1 section at Target.

- 1 bag(s) chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon(s) Crisco
- Large stick pretzels
- Toppings (crushed candy cane, M&Ms, nuts, etc.)
- • Mix chocolate chips and Crisco and microwave 1 minute. Stir. Continue to microwave and stir the mixture until it’s liquidy.
- • Dip pretzel; shake off excess chocolate.
- • Cover in topping.
- • Place on cookie sheet.
- • Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
