Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) shelled fresh spring peas raw or blanched 1 min
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 can(s) whole yellow corn kernels
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 3 stalk(s) celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • salt and pepper optional

Preparation

  1. Combine all vegetables. Combine dressing until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over vegetables. Serve.
