- 2 cup(s) shelled fresh spring peas raw or blanched 1 min
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 can(s) whole yellow corn kernels
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 3 stalk(s) celery chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- salt and pepper optional
- Combine all vegetables. Combine dressing until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over vegetables. Serve.
