Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) garbanzo beans dried soaked with 1/4 t baking soda overnight
- 1 1/2 cup(s) onion
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley or cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 piece(s) pita bread pulsed into bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- oil for frying
Preparation
- Add drained garbazos, cumin, salt, pepper, fresh parlsey, and coarsed chopped onion to bread crumbs in possessor, pulse into fine meals. Form about 1/4 cup into flattened patties. Fry in skillet brushed with olive oil.
