Yum! My husband and I enjoyed these burgers topped with guacamole and tomato slices. My 3 year old enjoyed them with ketchup. Next time I would add a bit of jalapeno to the adult burgers. I served them with baked sweet potato fries.

My Husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I used a Mexican Blend seasoning instead of the Fajita seasonings. I omitted the extra salt too. The flavor was unique and the burgers were moist. We will have this again!

Worthy of a special occasion - yes, I would serve these to company for a BBQ or casual dinner. I took some of the reviewers advice; I used panko for the bread and doubled the seasoning. I actually used taco seasoning that I had on hand. I doubled the salsa/topping using regular mild fresh salsa instead of tomatillo and didn't add any of the garnishes - SO GOOD!! Served the burgers on Sara Lee 80 calorie whole wheat hamburger buns.

This recipe made it into my book! My husband and I love the flavors, and it's great that you can get something this good made out of turkey. I roast all my peppers first (on the stovetop, so not a job for the kids with the open flame and all...). It's fantastic every time. The green salsa with avocado topping is fantastic.

This is a wonderful recipe! I so recommend it. My husband and I loved it. We made the full recipe and froze the other two patties. These turkey burgers tasted awesome even after being frozen! Worth trying them.

This is a great recipe if you're tired and don't want to put a lot of effort into cooking. This recipe comes together very quickly and the product is very satisfactory. I made these burgers with a side of sweet potato fries. The meal was a hit. The only thing I would change next time is add more spice so the burgers have a little more 'kick'.

I love a good burger and this burger recipe is DELICIOUS. The hub enjoyed it as well and the salsa is a great twist I made double the recipe as we both loved it so much.

Sooo tasty and full of flavor. Full of veggies and the salsa was so yummy. Even my anti-veggie husband liked these. Will have to make again soon.

These burgers were fantastic! No bun needed! After adding bulky bread crumbs and veggies to the ground turkey, I found the patties to be huge, so instead of making four burgers, I made seven. I had no trouble cooking these on the stovetop - they stayed together well and cooked quickly. This recipe is a keeper.

Delicious burger; wouldn't change a thing, except making more of the avocado mixture:)

This was delicious! My fiance said it tasted like a restaurant burger and kept asking for more. I did do some things differently: I used an entire, very ripe avocado and mashed it with the salsa verde (I used hot salsa) and cilantro; I didn't use the sweet peppers because I don't like sweet pepper; instead of "fajita seasoning" i used 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, and 2 tsp chili powder (and they were all heaping), which is clearly a lot more seasoning than called for. It was perfect: spicy, but not burning (because of the avocado)! Highly recommended!

Very good. I had to swap some ingredients because I did not have all of them and it still tasted great. My kids loved them too.

This was delicious! I didn't use buns, just put the burger on top of green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato on top and then added the salsa. Definitely a keeper

These burgers turned out huge and delicious. I didn't make the Salsa. I didn't want to buy the ingredients. I covered with regular salsa and it was good. They were so large that I cooked them in the oven. Didn't use a bun. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and a vegetable.

This recipe produced moist, flavorful burgers. Didn't have any fajita seasoning (whatever that is), so used ground, dried chipotle pepper instead. Also added a bit of lime juice to the veggies while sauteeing and used a whole egg because I was out of tomato paste. Even my father-in-law, who claims he only likes beef burgers and doesn't like healthy foods, gobbled up this meal!

Really great turkey burgers! We used 20 oz turkey since that was the size of the pack, so I added just a bit more fajita seasoning (I think 1/2 tsp). I used 1/2 dried whole wheat breadcrumbs instead of fresh bread. Also used a whole avocado with 1/2 cup salsa. Added lettuce, tomato, red onion, and slice of colby pepperjack cheese. These burgers were huge (I had to finish them in the oven after the 8 minutes in the pan. I did 9 more minutes at 325.) and they were messy, but really good!

I'm probably at 2 stars on these, but DD and DH loved them...so that raises it up to a 3 star. I didn't have fajita seasoning and used taco seasoning instead. Maybe that was the problem. I just thought they were a little bland. I did serve them with tomato and red onion slices. The portion sizes are pretty big so I didn't need fries. A nice fruit salad was a perfect side dish.

Meh, these were okay, I wanted to try them for they sounded interesting, but just wasn't crazy about them. Better turkey burger recipes out there.
