- 8 ounces lean sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas, cooked according to package directions
- 6 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas
- Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
- Reduced fat sour cream
How to Make It
Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak in a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until just slightly pink. Remove from heat and stir in prepared rice.
Lay tortillas out on your work surface. Equally divide rice mixture between each tortilla.
Top each with desired amount of salsa, cheese and sour cream.
Roll up and serve.
