4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, cut into strips
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar
1 tomato, diced
2 cups shredded lettuce
How to Make It
Cut bread rounds in half; spread 1/4 cup beans in each half. Wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Toss chicken with fajita seasoning. Sauté in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Spoon into pitas. Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
