1. Cook milk and flour until real thick. (I use 2 a cup pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, stirring frequently) Then set aside until thouroughly cold.
2. Next in a stand mixer beat sugar and butter until blended
3. Add vanilla and beat well
4. Add cold milk/four mixture to butter/sugar/vanilla mixture and beat for 7 mins with a stand mixer.
