- 5 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1. Cook milk and flour until real thick. (I use 2 a cup pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, stirring frequently) Then set aside until thouroughly cold.
- 2. Next in a stand mixer beat sugar and butter until blended
- 3. Add vanilla and beat well
- 4. Add cold milk/four mixture to butter/sugar/vanilla mixture and beat for 7 mins with a stand mixer.
