- 3 eggs beaten lightly
- 1 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 tablespoon(s) melted butter
- Add other ingredients to beaten eggs. Adding melted butter last. Thin as desired I do to crepes thickness. Cook on hot griddle.
- I plan to try plain yogurt as a substitute for buttermilk.
