Ewald Pancakes

This is the version I've used for years and liked.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten lightly
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon(s) melted butter

Preparation

  1. Add other ingredients to beaten eggs. Adding melted butter last. Thin as desired I do to crepes thickness. Cook on hot griddle.
  2. I plan to try plain yogurt as a substitute for buttermilk.
