Espresso Layer Cake

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    My friends and I loved this cake both the day I made it, as well as the day after. The trick to a moist cake, perhaps, is removing the cake from the oven after 30 minutes, even if it seems a bit incomplete. It firms up more while cooling, and remains moist. Delicious!
