How to Make It
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Combine espresso, brown sugar, and seasoning in a small bowl; rub mixture evenly over both sides of steaks. Add steaks to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

These steaks were delicious. I broiled them for 6 mins each side then let them rest under foil for 6 mins and they were perfect. I paired with mashed sweet potatoes with smart balance, chicken broth, salt and pepper and balsamic roasted asparagus-found on this website (which I broiled 6min, turning once instead of roasting.) Everything paired really well and will definitely make again.
