A Colombian treat that can be eaten any time of the day, a combination of yuca, cheese and coconut mild, and with anis makes for a loaded snack in the afternoon, best eaten a bit warm fresh from the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup(s) cheese, mozzarella grated
  • 1.5 pound(s) yuca raw, grated
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) anis seeds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) crema de leche
  • 1 can(s) coconut milk, can be with pieces
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter

  2. 1 . Combine el queso y la yuca. Agregue la mantequilla, el azucar y la crema de leche poco a poco y revolviendo continuamente,adicione la leche de coco.

  3. 2. Frote el anís entre las manos para que despida olor y mézclelo bien hasta que quede una pasta suave.

  4. 3. Engrase un molde y vierta la mezcla. Lleve al horno precalentado a 350 grados y hornee por 40 a 50 minutos o hasta que el probador salga limpio y haya dorado por encima.
