Ingredients

  • Soft Taco Shells
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) cold water
  • 1/2 cup(s) cornmeal
  • 1 eggs
  • Enchilada Filling
  • Hambuger
  • Refried Beans
  • onions chopped
  • tomatoes chopped
  • cheddar cheese grated
  • lettuce thinly sliced
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt, garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fat
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) tobasco sauce
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Soft Taco Shells:

  2. Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spoon on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until dry but not brown.

  3. Sauce:

  4. Brown Onions, stir in flour & small can of tomato sauce. Add remaining ingredients
