Eleanor's Macaroni And Cheese

Yield 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package macaroni, cooked
  • Paprika

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish, and sprinkle with paprika.

  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
