Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 7 ounce(s) can of diced green chilis
- 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cup(s) shredded jack cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 1 cup(s) Bisquick
- 3 eggs
Preparation
- Melt butter in 13 X 9 baking pan. Spread chilies over melted butter. Cover butter and chilies with the shredded cheeses. In a bowl, blend eggs, milk and Bisquick; pour mixture over the cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
