Quite a tasty recipe. I made this with Cibatta bread from a local bakery, and Mazzetta marinara because it was the best option at the store, but over 450 ml of sodium, made me cautious. My boyfriend and I agreed that it was rather delicious, like finishing off a good spaghetti sauce at the end of the meal. It was very simple, quick, and filling.

This dish is fantastic—delicious, easy, and only 1 pan to clean-up. Use a great marinara sauce and a nice crusty loaf of whole wheat bread if you can, the ingredients are simple and very flavorful.

These were good, but I am not sure that I would make it again. We had quite a bit of sauce and peppers/onions left, so I think the proportions of this recipe were a bit off.

Absolutely a wonderful, easy meal. We were suprised at how much flavor the meal had. Serve with a side salad, and it's a very filling meal as well.

Delicious and very easy. I especially liked that there was minimal prep work and only one pan to clean. Found some grainy Pannini bread to put this on. Will definitely make it again.
