Eggs Benedict Light

This was a delicious, healthier upgrade. I will make this regularly, instead of going out and getting the full fat version. I switched the Canadian bacon for Morningstar Veggie Sausage patties, and it tasted great.

The Hollandaise sauce is unbelievably delicious. We were skeptical of the yogurt as the main ingredient to the sauce, but were immediately convinced after eating this delectable dish. Please keep up the good work!
