Ingredients
- 6 slice(s) Canadian Bacon
- 6 Eggs
- 3 English Muffins
- 1 package(s) Hollandaise Sauce Mix
Preparation
- Prepare hollandaise sause according to directions. Melt 1 Tbs. butter & saute bacon until lightly brown. Fork split muffins & toast. Spread with butter. Place 1 slice bacon on each muffin half. Poach eggs for 35 minutes. Left eggs out with slotted spoon & place on top of bacon. Top with warm hollandaise.
