Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) fat free half and half
  • 4 cup(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) light rum
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1 (sm) package(s) vanilla instant pudding

Preparation

Whisk together milk and instant pudding in a large bowl until blended and smooth. Gradually whisk in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 8 hours or overnight.
