EGGNOG

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites whipped
  • 4 egg yolks beaten
  • 1 cup(s) heavy/whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup(s) MacNaughton Canadian Whisky
  • nutmeg
  • 2 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) white rum

Preparation

Add sugar to egg whites; beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add rum and whisky. Beat. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg on top.

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute skim milk for rum and whisky
