Egg with a Kick

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Wow, I was so intimidated by this recipe, but ready to try something new! At first, I wasn't too sure how to get the sriracha on the egg. I tried a spoon, or straight out of the bottle, but it just wasn't working. I used an icing bag, and finally got it to work, admittedly after many minutes of frustration. In the end, it was so worth it. This dish is totally inspiring!
