Ingredients

  • 6 eggs slightly beaten
  • 6 slice(s) bread cubed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 pound(s) sausage
  • 1 cup(s) Colby cheese grated

Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Shred cheese and mix together all ingredients. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins after mixture has set overnight in refrigerator. Bake covered until last few mins.
