  • 4 Eggs, Boiled
  • 1 cup(s) Bengal Gram Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Carom Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch(s) Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper Powder
  • Water as required
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chaat Masala
  • Oil for Fry
  • Salt


  1. Step 1: Take a large bowl, combined bengal gram flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, baking soda, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper and salt. Mix well and make thick batter using required water

  2. Step 2: Drop eggs in batter and coat well and keep aside them
