Egg Nog Icing

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey


  1. Combine butter and egg yolks; beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, 2 cups at a time, alternately with bourbon; beat well after each addition.
