Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Rice Soaked and Drained
  • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 2 Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Carrot, Peeled and Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Capsicum, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Cabbage, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) Peas, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green chilies, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ginger, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) White Pepper Powder
  • 1 bunch(es) Green Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lime Juice
  • Oil for Fry
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool

  2. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften
