- 2 cup(s) Apples coarsely chopped
- 1 cup(s) Golden raisins
- 2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup(s) Honey
- 16 ounce(s) Cottage Cheese
- 16 ounce(s) Sour Cream
- 1 stick(s) Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon(s) Vanilla
- 16 ounce(s) Egg free flat noodles
- 1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
- Cook noodles to al dente and drain. Mix together with an egg beater cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, vanilla, honey, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Fold in apples, then raisins, then noodles. Place in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 375 for an hour until brown, firm, and thoroughly cooked.
