- 2 cup(s) Shredded Cheese (Cheddar)
- Grated Parm Cheese to Taste
- 1 teaspoon(s) Mustard
- Can addCrumbled bacon, sausage, spinach, Mushrooms, Broccoli, et:
- Spray pan with butter pam. Use large 8 x 11 casserole pan with slices of bread on the bottom. Beat eggs and milk well. Mix in 1 cup of cheese and mustard. Pour into pan and sprinkle with the other 1 cup of cheese. Can sprinkle with parsley and small amount of paprika. Bake at 350 for 35 mins or until knife comes out clean.
