  • 4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
  • 3 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Garam Masala
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste


  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over low-medium flame till the golden
  2. Step 2: Add green chilies, tomato and ginger, red chili powder. Mix well and keep stirring
