1. Decorate outside of 1 large marshmallow with dreidel letters (nun, gimel, he, shin) using an edible-ink marker; let dry. Place pretzel stick into one flat side of marshmallow, pressing to, but not through, opposite side. Spread 1/2 tsp. frosting on flat side of 1 chocolate kiss; press onto remaining flat side of marshmallow. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
Note: We tested with Wilton FoodWriter Edible Color Marker.
