Edamame Succotash with Shrimp

    Really good. I kept it cold so it would reheat well for leftovers, so it made more like a salad. Going to eat it over rice and stuff pitas with it. Definitely use 2 jalapenos, and I added diced red pepper, green onions in addition to red onions. Also added 1/2 t. black pepper. Very good! Will make this again!

    This recipe was a light but filling, healthy choice for spring or summer. However, I left out the jalapenos because my family doesn't like too much spice. This left it a little bland. Any suggestions for an alternative to add punch? I was thinking lime juice and cilantro... suggestions welcome!

    Delicious and easy! I used frozen corn, and chicken broth instead of white wine, and it was still fantastic. I wouldn't skip the fresh bacon. I only used one (seeded) jalapeno and next time I will definitely use two. It was not spicy at all. Maybe I should have left the seeds in? Still, it was great!

    This recipe is good but not great. I will make it again but i will fuss with it a little. I like the idea of using this as a basis for a succotash salad and I definitely like the addition of edamame instead of lima beans. I only added 1 jalapeno because I was giving it to my daughter and she doesn't like heat but I agree with the others that the flavor is a little bland and needs a little zazz
