Ingredients
- 1 pint(s) shelled edamame
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 5 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
Preparation
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the mixture is smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups
