Ingredients
- 1/2 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 1 cup(s) onion chopped
- 1 cup(s) celery chopped
- 1 cup(s) green pepper chopped
- 3 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas
- 2 small carrots diced
- 1 cup(s) uncooked rice or macaroni
Preparation
- In skillet, brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low heat and simmer for 35 mins and serve hot
