Easy Tuscan Pasta Salad

Savory feta, sun-dried tomato dressing and fresh cherry tomatoes bring old-world flavor to this easy yet impressive pasta salad.


  • 2 cups hot cooked penne pasta
  • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions

How to Make It

  1. COMBINE all ingredients.

  2. SERVE immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. Variation: Prepare as directed, omitting the basil and using ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.
