Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

Unfortunately I couldn't find my original recipe for sweet potato casserole and opted for this one. Even after draining well, the dish was very watery and the topping did not bake well. Other recipes are easier and better.

We have made this for the past few Christmas' and everyone loves it. It is even better the next day.

Love this recipe! It's always a big hit with the family! We can't get through the holidays without eating our yummy sweet potato casserole!
