Easy Southern Stew

Yield 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground pork
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Cook pork and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
