Easy Shredded Beef Over Rice

    I have made this recipes many, many times over the past few years and it is always a hit. My girlfriends have all started makeing this a few times a month as well. I add green peppers to mine and serve it with sour cream and flour tortila shells. My kids love it.

    My go to meal for busy days. I put mine in the slow cooker after browning. I let it go all day at low and it is ready when we are. I decrease the water a bit as the slow cooker doesn't need it and can make it too watery. A little salt is also needed but otherwise a fantastic recipe!

    Oh, my kids go nuts over this! I make it often and freeze leftovers because it is so easy and flavorful. I agree about adding salt, and my husband and I also add Tapatio hot sauce to kick it up.
