    This was a good and flavorful recipe. I am not sure it really tasted like true schnitzel but is a tasty way to fix chicken. Very good solid recipe.

    Excellent and easy! Double the breadcrumb batter and you're good to go. I added a bit of ginger to mine. :)

    Didn't really enjoy this at all. You would think it would be much more flavorful but it was just kinda blah. Maybe if I had some ranch dressing or something to dip it in.

    I've had Israeli schnitzel, prepared by a friend who was born and grew up in Israel, moving to the US in her late 20s. This is as good as, if not better than hers. And easy, to boot.

    I love this recipe. The chicken is juicy and this is a great, easy weeknight dinner.

    Just ok. After flattening the chicken, I could only get 3 pieces into the pan. And the breadcrumbs only were enough to cover 3 pieces.

    Follow the directions on cooking times perfectly and you will have a moist chicken breast. I make sure I use a nice quality mustard for great flavor. Fairly easy recipe for a weeknight.
