Sangría is always great for entertaining because you can make it ahead and then transfer it to a pitcher for serving. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled if you're preparing it for a party. Garnish this refreshing wine beverage with fresh fruit kebabs or slices.
3 cups zinfandel or other fruity dry red wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 cup sparkling water or club soda
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a 4-cup glass measure. Pour evenly into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight or until firm.
Add frozen juice cubes to food processor; process 30 seconds or until coarsely chopped. Add lemonade concentrate and sparkling water; process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a pitcher to serve.
