Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons light butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and marinate 4 hours.
- Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring after 3 minutes.
